THE 5 STAGES
01. Land
THE BLOCK YOU CHOOSE DETERMINES ALMOST EVERYTHING ELSE.
Orientation. Slope. Street position. Estate guidelines. Most buyers choose land on price and location alone. We assess every block against your build goals, your lifestyle and the long-term vision of your home. We know what to look for, what to walk away from and how to make sure the lot you commit to actually supports the home you want to put on it.
02. Home Design
THIS IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE FEEL LOST AND RELY ON THEIR BUILDER. WHEN YOU WORK WITH US, YOU DON’T HAVE TO.
We sit with you through every structural decision. Room layout, ceiling heights, window placement, door swings, traffic flow and storage. The things that feel minor on paper but that you will either love or live around for the next twenty years. We translate the plans, customise to your lifestyle and push back when something does not feel right.
03. Interior Design and Prestart
THIS IS WHERE YOUR HOME STOPS BEING A FLOOR PLAN AND STARTS BECOMING YOURS.
This is the stage most people find the most exciting and the most overwhelming in equal measure. Tiles, tapware, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes. Hundreds of decisions that need to work together, reflect your taste and make sense for the way you live.
We take all of it off your plate. Working with Maddie, you will develop a clear interior direction before a single selection is locked in. Every choice is considered against the whole picture, not made in isolation under pressure. Whether we complete your selections entirely or work with you to prepare before you meet your builder, you will walk away with a home interior that feels cohesive, intentional and completely yours.
04. Furniture and Styling
THE BUILD IS UNDERWAY. THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO GO QUIET.
While your home is being built, we work with you to plan the interiors so you are not spending the next two years buying furniture piece by piece and hoping it works. We take what is in your head and on your Pinterest board and turn it into a complete picture. A fully rendered design presentation and an itemised, costed furniture and styling list. Exactly what you need to make your home look like it does in the render.
Building costs a lot. You may not be able to buy everything at once. But when you do, you will know it works.
05. The Finishing Details
MOST PEOPLE REACH THE END OF THEIR BUILD WITH NOTHING LEFT. WE PLAN FOR THIS STAGE AT THE START.
Trades to coordinate. Landscaping to consider. Final details to lock in. The list at the end of a build is longer than anyone expects, and it comes at the moment you have the least capacity to manage it. We stay. We make sure that by the time you get your keys, your blinds have been picked, your painter is chosen and you know exactly what happens next.
You have already waited a long time for this home. You should not have to wait any longer than you need to to live in it.
